Tammie describes her goal as, “to keep things running so seamlessly behind the scenes that customers see our team as one cohesive unit.”  With a background in business management and financial services, Tammie spent over a decade in the trust industry, ultimately serving as a trust custodian. Her professional journey expanded further as a successful entrepreneur—co-founding two companies with her husband: a race car simulator business and an engineering firm in the telecommunications sector. These ventures gave her firsthand experience navigating both leadership and logistics in fast-paced, detail-heavy environments. Tammie’s love for structure and detail is more than a strength—it’s a passion. It’s also what led her to pursue law school, a dream interrupted by a brain tumor diagnosis. Though she had to pause that path, Tammie’s resilience never wavered. After two surgeries, she emerged stronger—pouring her energy into family, business, and now, into ensuring the smooth operation of Taro’s services.
